I placed a pretty large order with Ciao last night around 9 pm at night and the food was fantastic. Having to feed 7 people for a special occasion being that my girlfriend's brother was home for the first time in a couple years we all had different food in mind. I checked out GrubHub to see what was available at that time on a Monday night and Ciao looked to be perfect. They have an extensive menu and were able to cater to everyone's requests. I've ordered on GrubHub plenty of times and usually expect an hour wait. This was not the case, Ciao was able to deliver our large order in less than 30 minutes! Eerything was absolutely spot on with all of our special requests and everyone loved the food. The Kids chicken fingers and French fries and kids chicken parm were plentiful for the kids and I fed them the leftovers again today for their after school snack. When we called them up to place the order we mentioned the $5 coupon for orders over $50 and they gave us a $10 discount instead! Ciao rocks and I will definitely be ordering from them again. Delicious, accurate, quick delivery, and a friendly staff. 5 stars without a doubt!

We ordered 2 Calamari Dinners. Sauteed squid served over pasta. Served with salad and bread, we also ordered a side of garlic bread. We had 1 dinner with marinara sauce the other with a spicy sauce. Both were EXCELLENT! The calamari were cooked perfectly and the baby squids were so good. There was a LOT of food. We ate the hot food first, well as much as we could, then ate the salads. We both had a small amount of pasta left and some bread, enough to make a nice lunch with a salad.

Omg I order from here often but this order was worth the time. Ordered Florentine burger with no mushrooms it was a perfect medium well, which is what they make it if you don't specify. The cheese was gooey and hot absolutely awesome burger idk if all of the options are as good but I can say for this one but will definitely will be finding out about others. Will update with more as I will definitely be ordering from here on a regular basis

Their specialty pizzas (customizable as well) are superb and the topping are plentiful. We get the Michaelango but without cheese and with sauce for a non-cheese water in our group, and its amazing. My personal favorite is the chicken parmigiana pizza which I have them add ricotta to... phenomenal, so much more substance than a regular plain pizza night

The only problem I had was with the receipt. I received a receipt which didn't have the correct charges. It showed a discount amount and a total balance due. I believe the receipt I received was the delivery persons reciept. In the future, I would like a recipt that shows a zero balance and the full amount charged.
